Ho Chi Minh City Tour

Duration:
Full day
Price:
89 USD
pr. person for 2 people

08:00 Meet your tour guide in your hotel lobby and begin the exploration of Ho Chi Minh City. Our first stop is the Reunification Palace, the former residence of the President of South Vietnam until April 30, 1975. Next, we will visit the War Remnants Museum, formerly known as the Museum of American War Crimes. This museum offers a poignant display of the futility of war.

Close to the museum, we will visit Notre Dame Cathedral and the Central Post Office, which are excellent examples of French colonial architecture. Notre Dame Cathedral was built between 1877 and 1883, with all the stones used for its construction imported from France. Next to the cathedral stands the Central Post Office, the country’s largest post office, completed in 1891. It is another fine example of French architecture.

Enjoy lunch at a nice restaurant.

After lunch, continue on to Chinatown to visit Thien Hau Pagoda. Our final visit will be to Cho Lon (also called Binh Tay Market), which is justifiably known as Vietnam’s largest market. The tour finishes at approximately 17:00, and you will be transferred back to your hotel.
