Day 01: HCM City – Cat Tien National Park (-/L/D) – 160 km

Morning:
08:00 Welcome and pick up guests at the hotel in HCM City. Transfer to Cat Tien National Park, with stops along the way to visit La Nga Floating Village and discover the Volcanic Craters, and for sightseeing.

Noon:
12:30 Have lunch with local dishes. Check in at the hotel.

Afternoon:
15:00 – 17:00 Explore Cat Tien National Park: walk/hike (about 3 km) to explore the park’s fauna and flora system. Visit giant trees like the 400 year old Tung tree, Fabaceae tree, lagerstroemia forest, …

17:00 – 18:00: Beer time + relax.

Evening:
18:00 – 19:00 Enjoy the SAFARI TOUR. After the tour, cross the river by boat to return to the hotel.
19:30 Have dinner and spend the night at Green Bamboo Lodge or similar.

Day 02: Discover Cat Tien National Park (B/L/D)

Morning:
07:30 – 08:30 Have breakfast at the hotel.
08:30: Get on the boat to access Cat Tien National Park and continue the tour by bicycle (9 km) to explore the park’s rich nature. Hike (5 km) through the forest to Bau Sau Lake (Crocodile Swamp). While hiking, you might see animals like deer, civet, loris, pangolin, wild boar, and bird species like peacock and black drongo.

Noon:
12:30 Arrive at Bau Sau Lake, have lunch with local dishes.

Afternoon: Relax + Free for your own activities to explore the park.

Evening: 

18:00 Have dinner with the forest ranger officers and spend the night at the Forest Ranger Station. Chat with the forest ranger officers to get to know more about the park’s legends. After dinner, we go to the lake shore to watch crocodiles at night (adventure!).

Notes:

• Rooms at the forest ranger station are really simple and basic, but cosy as they are surrounded by nature.

• Before getting to Bau Sau Lake, if guests do not want to use the bike. Then, the pick-up (4WD) will be used instead.

 

Day 03: Cat Tien National Park – Ho Chi Minh (B/L/-) – 190 km

Morning: 

06:00 – 07:00 Enjoy your morning and watch the crocodiles hanging around in the lake near you. Then, have breakfast.

09:00 Check-out and continue to walk/hike (5 km), explore the park’s fauna and flora system. Off the trail and continue the tour by bicycle to get back to the park’s office. Relax, check out, leave the park, and get on the boat again to cross the Dong Nai River to access land.

Noon: Have lunch at a local restaurant.

Afternoon: Go back to Ho Chi Minh City, and have sightseeing on the way.

Arrive in Saigon around 18h00, transfer to your hotel.
