Day 1: Ho Chi Minh – Can Tho – Green Village (L/D)

You will be picked up at 08:00 from the hotel in Ho Chi Minh City and then driven to Green Village in Can Tho. Arrive at Green Village at noon, have lunch, and check in for a homestay.

13:30: Our local guide will cycle with you on non-touristic trails along the canals and through the orchard gardens.

We will cycle to a local temple where local people gather for special festivals. Then, we will continue to the village market and try some local cakes.

Next, we will visit a local secondary school, where we will stop at a local coffee shop in front of the school to take a break. You can take this opportunity to learn more about our society and educational system in Vietnam.

Last but not least, visiting a local rice wine distillery is an authentic experience where you can also try pure wine.

After check-in, we will have a two-hour cycling tour.

Join in cooking with our family and have dinner at Green Village.

Day 2: Green Village – Cai Rang Floating Market – Rach Gia (B/L)

05:30: Check out and then depart from our own boat station in front of the property.

Take a wooden boat on a non-touristic canal to the Cai Rang floating market, which takes around 60 minutes (it may take longer if the boat goes upstream).

After the floating market, visit a glass noodle factory. Stop at Cai Rang fish land market to see how local people shop every day for very fresh food.

08:30: Car transfer to Rach Gia (it takes about 2.5 hours) to take a boat at 13:00 to Phu Quoc. On the way, stop for lunch. You will arrive at Phu Quoc around 15:30. End of tour.
